Fox Hill Park is wonderful community located in the eastern edge of the City of Tualatin. Residents choose to live here to take advantage of the highly ranked schools, the proximity to Portland (approximately 10 miles South of the city) and it's major highways. It is bordered to the North by Browns Ferry Park and the Tualatin River and the South by Borland Road. The homes are built from the late 80's throught the early 90's. The good news about this is that lot sizes are generally larger than homes built later in the '90's and after 2000.
The neighborhood is serviced by two different school districts - West Linn/ Wilsonville Schools and Tualatin Schools. The border between school districts is SW 50th. If schools are important to you - I recommend you contact to the school district to be sure what school district your home falls in to.
